Online Registration Now Open!
ONLINE The preferred method is to register online right here via our festival registration site by clicking the "REGISTER ONLINE HERE" button below. Using this method you may charge your fees to a credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD). You will receive an immediate email confirmation that you have reserved and registration is complete. Early registration will close at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, February 12, 2012.

BY MAIL A second choice is to download a registration form from this website, print it, fill it in and send it in by mail with a check or money order to the Port Aransas Chamber of Commerce, 403 W. Cotter Ave., Port Aransas, TX, 78373. Click here for the downloaded form.
Please make your check payable to the Port Aransas Chamber of Commerce. You will be provided with a written confirmation via email after the registration is processed. Please make certain that you fill in a valid email address and that registrant(s) name is on the check.
Registration forms are also be available locally at the Chamber office.
PRE-REGISTRANT PACKET PICK-UP Packets can be picked up if you registered (online or mailed) at the Chamber office beginning Monday, February 20, 2012 and then at the Port Aransas Civic Center beginning Thursday, February 23, 2012 at 1:30 p.m.
ON-SITE REGISTRATION AND HELP DESK On-site registration will open on Thursday, February 23, 2012 at the Port Aransas Civic Center at 1:30 p.m. Walk-ins can register for open activities, but expect limited availability. Visit the Help Desk near Registration for answers to questions about the Festival, restaurants, and getting around 'Port A.' Local maps, including ones that provide direction to birding sites, will be available.
The On-Site Registration and Help Desk will be open:
Thursday, February 23 Friday, February 24 Saturday, February 25 Sunday, February 26 1:30 – 6 p.m. 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS Please don't – we want you to join us! But if you must cancel, please call Debra at 361-749-5919 during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Do so by February 15, 2012 to receive a full refund less the $20 registration fee. If a trip is canceled by the Festival, a refund will be issued after March 15, 2012, for that specific trip only. No refunds will be issued after that date.
SUBSTITUTIONS The Whooping Crane Festival organizers reserve the right to cancel any Festival activity or make qualified substitutions, weather related issues included.
PRIVACY POLICY Whooping Crane Festival will not share or sell any personal information collected during the registration process.
