Presentation: Working (& Whooping!) Together: Conservation Center Strategies to Save Whooping Cranes in the Wild

The conservation movement has many parts, each playing an essential role in saving species. Conservation organizations are successfully breeding and rearing Whooping Cranes to be reintroduced into the wild.  We also know that people need to feel a connection to something in order to have a desire to help it.  That’s why many conservation organizations are designing awe-inspiring exhibits and wildlife focused programs to engage millions of people to take actions that protect Whooping Cranes in the wild.  In this session, you will learn about effective Whooping Crane protection and engagement programs from several conservation organizations that are committed to saving Whooping Cranes from extinction.
